Privacy Policy and SMS Terms and Conditions:
SMS Texting is used by the Adult Services Program at Empower LGA as part of our 24-Hour On-Call requirement. SMS Texting is used to communicate with Empower Staff and participants about emergency situations or reminders for upcoming due dates. Personal information collected through SMS texting is limited to names and phone numbers. No information is shared outside of Empower LGA and SMS consent is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Staff employed by Empower LGA will have opted into SMS Texting upon hire and by opting into SMS Texting you are agreeing to receiving messages from Empower LGA. SMS Texting may be used to alert staff to upcoming shift availability or vacancies or to send reminders of due dates and other program required information.
Texting may also be used to communicate with Adult Services participants for whom verbal communication is not possible. By opting into SMS Texting upon signing the Empower LGA Program Entry Form, you have agreed to receive SMS Text Messages from Empower LGA.
Message frequency and Data Rates may vary. To opt out at any time, text STOP. Staff currently employed by Empower LGA should be aware that unsubscribing to messages may result in negative performance review as receiving these texts is a requirement of the program, as agreed to upon hire.
