Early Intervention

With sensitivity and care, we commit to a “sky is the limit” approach to assisting your child to reach developmental milestones. We believe that we are only successful if you and your child are successful, and we are driven to pave the way for that success.
Expertise and Support for Your Child’s Development
Empower’s Early Intervention welcomes all parents who have questions about their child’s development. Empower will assess your child and make professional recommendations to support your child’s development.
Empower’s Early Intervention team consists of staff with advanced degrees within their professional disciplines including the fields of education, speech language pathology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, social work and nursing. In addition to professional licensure and ongoing continuing education, staff members obtain Department of Public Health (DPH) certification as Early Intervention Specialists.
Most health insurance plans cover early intervention services. Any costs not covered by insurance are paid by DPH. Parents do not pay co-pays or deductibles.

Flexible and Family-Centered Services In Your Community
Services are provided in the environment that is best for the child, including the family’s home, daycare/educational center, and our office. Empower’s Early Intervention program serves children and families in Canton, Dedham, Norwood, Westwood, Medfield, Walpole, Sharon, Millis, Norfolk, Wrentham, and Plainville.
